Cascade is the centre-piece sculptural monument for Hove Central, a large new development in Hove, Brighton, by Moda Living. Made from two types (pointed and arched) of 3-dimensional glazed ceramics in 18 colours, it acts as a luminous and tactile anchor for the new public square.
